Hello, friends! I am Lukas, and I bring to you a strong, grounding experience that will fortify both your body and mind.
I tasted yoga for the first time more than 15 years ago, and since then it has been, in some way or another, present in my life. I got my first teacher certificate in 2016 and have participated in various courses since then (Ashtanga, alignment and adjustment, breath, developmental kinesiology, and more.)
In my Ashtanga-inspired classes, we will focus on building strength and flexibility without compromising that which is the most essential to our lives - the breath - with a strong emphasis on proper alignment. A slower pace and progressive asana sequences will keep your bodies challenged, and your minds focused.

Ashtanga Breakdown with Lukas
