My teenage background is in competitive sport where I developed some dysbalances. So I was lucky to find yoga when I was 20/21 years old.
Ashtanga vinyasa was my favourite yoga from the beginning. I´ve done some trainings, been to India twice… the classic yoga story! A few years later, I was a bit burned out, and at that time I discovered AcroYoga. It’s still my main practice, even to this day.
Acro goes hand in hand with handstands, so that became my other obsession. Since acro can be quite physically demanding I was looking into ways how to prehab and rehab my body. I did some Ido Portal movement stuff and then I´ve found a teacher from Canada who developed Movement Flow, and that’s my latest inspiration. Under his guidance I´ve learned to move in many different ways and explore the possibilities of my body.

Movement Flow #2 with Marek
Try this beginners/all levels movement flow class and expand your yoga/movement practice! The warm up is followed by breakdowns of 4 moves from the Level 1 Movement Flow system.
