One day I turned to yoga for a little bit of stretch and a calmer mind. I didn’t know I had just found more than that!

Yoga is a journey for me. A journey where I get to know myself better and where I can notice and respect all of my emotions. Yoga helps me to have a greater understanding of myself and others. Everything has a certain process, and it is different for everyone. It has different intensities, speeds, and obstacles. Yoga helps us to slow down. Yoga helps me to discover what I am behind all my thoughts. With every practice, every breath, I come a little closer to myself.
